Posted November 10, 2018 07:12:37As someone who has been an office worker for decades, I am really sick of the office equipment store chain, and its inability to sell the same high-end office equipment that the company sells at the retail store.
I feel that this chain is a disgrace and a ripoff to employees, and I am not a big fan of the company either.
However, this post is about my personal experience with Office Depot.
The company has always been very hard on their employees, both in terms of pay, and the lack of communication between management and the employees.
I have to admit, I really like Office Depot as a store, as it’s always got a new model to choose from.
I actually found Office Depot at a mall, in a big building, and it was a really neat experience, and was a lot of fun.
However in terms.
of customer service, this store seems like a joke.
At first, the customer service was pretty good, and there was a few staff that were friendly and helpful.
However after about 30 minutes in the store, I realized that they don’t care about the customer, they just want to get something out of you.
For example, after waiting in line for an hour for my stuff to arrive, I was told that it was due to the store’s busy holiday season and that they would have to ship it on Monday, but that it would take 3-4 days to arrive.
It also took over 30 minutes to get a response back from customer service regarding the delivery.
After that, I just went home and didn’t care if I got my items, I went back and bought the same item and went to work the next day.
This is something that should be unacceptable in a store.
The employees who are there, I feel, are not trained, and this makes it really hard for them to provide a decent service to their customers.
However for a store to be considered an office equipment retailer, they should have a good communication with their employees.
However it is a shame that they have no communication with employees, because it makes it hard for employees to provide great customer service.
I do have to say that I love Office Depot and I do use the store quite a bit, but I just don’t find them to be the best in terms the customer experience.
I think this is a company that is very much out of touch with their customers, and that I would definitely not recommend it to someone looking to purchase office equipment.
I don’t know what the company’s real mission is, but Office Depot is definitely a disappointment to me.
